Gift Cards are issued in the form of a plastic card with a QR code, an identification number, and an internal secret code encrypted in the chip embedded within the card.

The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase and use of Boygars’ Gift Cards ("Gift Cards"). A purchase and use of a Gift Card constitutes a consent and agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.

Redemption and Use
The minimum amount of a Gift Card is 500 GEL. The gift card can be purchased in physical stores of Boygar’s. No discounts can be applied when purchasing a Gift Card, also a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

Returns
Gift Cards cannot be cashed out and are non-refundable. Information on returning items purchased with a gift card can be found in the Legal and Commercial Warranty Policy at a Boygar's physical Store.

Balance inquiry
Customers can check the balance of the Gift Card themselves using the QR code or visit physical stores of Boygar’s and present the Gift Card at the cashier. For security reasons, the cashier will only verify the balance when the physical card is presented. To protect confidential information, the cashier can only provide information about the balance and the card's expiration date. Information about purchases (the usage history of the card) is confidential since the Card is not tied to a specific individual and can be transferred to a third party.

Expiration
The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of activation. The activation date is the date of sale of the Card (when funds are loaded onto it).

Lost Cards
Lost Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

Compliance with Laws
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the Customer represents to Boygar’s that the activities in connection with which the Gift Card will be used will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Boygar’s.

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
These Terms are construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Georgia. In case of any dispute arising hereof, the customer and Boyger’s commit to resolving it amicably. If amicable resolution fails, the matter shall be finally adjudicated upon by the courts of general jurisdiction of Georgia.

General Terms
Boygar’s reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. These Terms are available in Georgian and English version, with the Georgian version having prevailing force.
