1. Can I try items in your Tbilisi store before buying online?
Absolutely, you can visit our store in Tbilisi, at Rustaveli Avenue 15 and try them on.
2. Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes, we ship worldwide with secure delivery partners such as UPS or DHL. We also provide 15% Export discount in order to decrease the costs for our customers while they will be paying for the custom fees based on their country's requirements.
3. How long does delivery take in Tbilisi? Can i receive the item today?
Yes, if you live in Tbilisi, we immediately prepare your order and our delivery will bring it to your desired destionation.
4. How long does the delivery take outside of Georgia? I want to get it to my adress in France.
Our delivery dates vary from 4 to 6 business days worldwide.
5. Can i reserve the item online but pay after i come and try it on at your store?
Yes, you can reserve it and in the payment method choose in the store. In this case we will prepare the item for you and you will be able to proceed to the payment afterwards, physically, at the store.
6. I can't come physically to the store and is it possible to exchange or return the item if it doesn't fit me?
Yes, it's refundable and you can also replace it or return it during 14 days, if it's checked by our team and has no damages or signs of being used.
7. Is everything on the website in stock?
Yes, if the item is visible on the website, it means we have it in stock and detailed information regarding the availability of the sizing and colors can be seen on the product page as well.
8. Are the prices the same on your website and at your store?
Yes, if there isn't any specific promotion only online, about which, we always inform our customers, the prices are the same of our offline and online stores.

10. How many days does the delivery take outside of Tbilisi, in Georgia?
Outside of Georgia, mostly it takes only 1, maximum 2 business days to be delivered after we receive the order.
