VISITING THE STORE
Can I visit your store to try items before buying online?
Absolutely: visit us at Rustaveli Avenue 15, Tbilisi. You’re welcome to try on anything in the store, and if you’d like to purchase online afterwards, you’ll find the same prices on our website.
Can I reserve an item online and pay in store?
Yes. When placing your order online, select “Pay in store” as your payment method. We’ll have the item ready and waiting for you — you simply complete the payment when you arrive at Rustaveli Avenue 15.
What are your store opening hours?
Our working hours are from 11am till 9pm every day. Please check our website or contact us directly for our current opening hours, as they may vary during public holidays.
DELIVERY
Can I get same-day delivery in Tbilisi?
Yes, if you’re in Tbilisi and place an order before 2pm, we prepare your order immediately upon confirmation and our courier delivers it to your address the same day.
How long does delivery take elsewhere in Georgia?
Outside Tbilisi but within Georgia, delivery typically takes 1 business day — and at most 2 business days — after your order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via trusted partners UPS and DHL. International orders typically arrive within 4–6 business days. We also apply a 15% export discount to help reduce costs for our international customers. Please note that any applicable customs or import duties are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time through the UPS or DHL portal.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of use or damage. Our team will inspect the item before processing the return or exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our team via our website’s Contact page or by email, and let us know your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
SIZING
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes sizing information specific to that item. Since sizing can vary across our 40+ brands, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to visit our store at Rustaveli Avenue 15 to try the item on — or contact our team and we’ll be happy to advise.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. At our Tbilisi store, we accept both card and cash payments. If you have a question about a specific payment method, feel free to contact us.
Are the prices on your website the same as in store?
Yes — prices are always the same online and in store. The only exception is exclusive online promotions, which we announce to our customers in advance.
STOCK & PRODUCTS
Is everything shown on the website available to buy?
Yes — if an item is visible on the website, it is in stock. Available sizes and colors are displayed on each individual product page.
Which designer brands do you carry?
We carry over 40 luxury brands, including Prada, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Loewe. Visit boygars.com/designers to view the full list of our designers.
Are all items authentic? Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Every item we sell is 100% authentic. We source directly from the brands and authorised distributors. All items come with their original brand packaging and documentation. If you have a specific question about a product’s provenance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes, we offer gift packaging for purchases. You can request this at checkout or by contacting our team before your order is dispatched.
